INTRODUCTION

Ambition Racing provides comprehensive academy programmes for athletes aged  U10 through to European Cup level . We guide our skiers through their careers from grass roots to  Youth Olympic & World Junior Championship and everything in between . The majority of our athletes compete internationally throughout all age groups, representing both the GB Snowsport National Ski Team & Team GB at Olympic level events. Ambition Racing is formed of 3 key aspects; Academic Programme, Alpine Programme, Pastoral Programme.

We provide a full academic & educational programme at Ambition Racing from  November to April each year. Led by a team of passionate & enthusiastic teachers / tutors, the Ambition Racing structure enables student-athletes to progress in their academics whilst training in an alpine environment on a daily basis. Ambition student-athletes are guided through a minimum of 15 hours of academics each week, delivered at our local school in Leogang. Extra support sessions are also provided to fit around both training & competition periods,  as & where required.

Our alpine training programmes & facilities at Ambition are second to none. Structured through a variety of different commitment levels depending on age, o ur programmes consist of  flexible ,  core  and  full-time  options  that can be tailored to suit the needs and development of each individual.  Details of these programmes can be found within our proposal documents, requested through the Ambition "Apply" tab on this website.

The alpine training programmes are delivered from a number of destinations both domestically and overseas that include the use of snow halls, dry slopes, glaciers & southern hemisphere locations. Ambition Racing remains one of the few British programme options to have invested in their own academy base, the value of which, should not be underestimated. Haus Tirol is  located in  Leogang, Austria in the heart of the Pinzgau region, an hours drive from Salzburg airport and surrounded by world class training venues. O ur student-athletes benefit from this 'home from home' fromOctober to April each year . This facility was fully renovated in 2022, to offer state of the art functional fitness training spaces, comfortable bedrooms, fully ventilated & heated ski room as well as a new sauna and wellness area & athletes lounge. 

Athlete safeguarding is at the forefront of everything we do at Ambition Racing. We want our student-athletes to be winners, to succeed, to strive for greatness but most of all we want them to be safe & secure in a happy & positive environment. At Ambition Racing, we have a full time  houseparent living at the academy base, tasked with the  welfare and wellbeing of our team & community.
